Aggreko will select 25 students to participate in the SelecTech Accelerated Career Program beginning this fall. Participants will be paid while attending the internship portion of the two-year program. Upon successful completion of the program, the technicians in training will earn an Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degree from OSUIT. In addition, program graduates will have the opportunity to join Aggreko as a Level II Technician.

The program is structured to allow students to attend classes at Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology for eight weeks, and then return home for a paid 8-week internship at the Aggreko service center in their home market. (See "The Program Structure" for more details.)
